On 28th January, CTS celebrated their first ever annual awards event – The SummIT Club – where six CTS colleagues were presented with awards by CEO Nigel Wright, for their outstanding commitment, hard work and dedication to the company over the past year.
CTS’ Annual Awards are comprised of six categories – Client Service Excellence, Team Player of the Year, Deal of the Year, Employee of the Year, Rising Star of the Year and The Hall of Fame – the recipients of which are voted for by both colleagues and clients. Alongside receiving a bespoke, engraved trophy, the winners of the Annual Awards gain entry to “The SummIT Club” – three days at a luxury five-star resort, fully expensed and hosted by CTS’ CEO, Nigel Wright.
Nigel says: “I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved to date as a business. Last year, we navigated the storm while delivering strong organic growth together with completing the successful acquisition of two great businesses – you all made that possible and you all should be rightly proud.”
