CTS Celebrates Q2 Reward & Recognition Winners

Last week, CTS held their quarterly Reward & Recognition celebration, and awarded four deserving employees for all their hard work and dedication to bettering our company over the past few months.

Our people are at the heart of our company, and at CTS, we recognise the importance of engendering a culture of positive recognition, and continuously strive to ensure that our employees’ contributions and efforts are acknowledged and appreciated.

Ed Smyth, COFO at CTS, explains: “We are building highly specialised, high performing teams; made up of special individuals with a passion for providing world class excellence for our legal clients.”

“We are all jointly and separately – regardless of our different roles, talents, personalities, backgrounds, locations, preferences – responsible to our team for ensuring our core values of passion, team and excellence drive everything we do.”

“We certainly do not do this for the purpose of winning recognition awards – but as a team, we enjoy celebrating our colleagues when they inspire us to do even better through their words and actions. They show us the difference our values make when we believe in them; when we trust in them; when we live by them.”

Following a revamp earlier this year, CTS’ quarterly awards consists of two categories:

Rising Star – This award is presented to a new starter that has joined or transitioned into a new role in last 12 months, who has excelled and gone above and beyond with the integration to make CTS the best it can be.

Highflyers – There are three highflyer awards to be awarded to individuals who have embodied each of our company values – team, passion, excellence.

Our Q2 Reward & Recognition Winners

Our internal awards ceremony took place on Wednesday 21st July, during a company-wide virtual meeting, and we are honoured to take this opportunity to externally announce the winners of our Q2 quarterly reward and recognition awards.

Rising Star
Matt Elson, Problem & Major Incident Manager
“Matt has been managing MI across the group. He has brought a level of professionalism that has been recognised by colleagues and clients alike.”

Highflyer (Team)
Chris Baldwin, SOC Engineer
“Chris is actively engaged with his team, ensuring that junior team members are being mentored and developed, whilst also juggling the BAU workload. Great work, Chris!”

Highflyer (Passion)
Jade Frangleton, 1st Line Engineer
“Jade is regularly and consistently recognised by clients for her excellent ticket handling. She is also a top ticket performer, so despite the volume of tickets handled, they are also excellent quality.”

Highflyer (Excellence)
Emma Simms, Senior Marketing Executive
“Emma did an amazing job project managing the rebrand, despite a number of external challenges and pressures, we managed to achieve our deadline, in no small part due to the extra work Emma put in over the last couple of months.”

Here is what CTS’ Problem & Major Incident Manager, Matt Elson, had to say about his achievement: “It’s been an energising and motivating first couple of months working at CTS, and I would like to thank everyone who’s assisted me with anything Major Incident related. And thank you for this award!”

CTS are so proud of our people. It’s rare to come across individuals who are so dedicated and talented. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed. Thank you for your help and support. You are really an asset to the team and the company.
