CTS Embark on a Health & Wellbeing Journey with Virgin Pulse’s VP GO

In April 2021, CTS launched the Virgin Pulse wellbeing platform, VP GO, which was rolled out to our 165-strong workforce in our North and South offices.

VP GO is a health and wellbeing programme, combining daily wellbeing content, gamification, virtual challenges, and digital coaching, which enables organisations to come together to gain the knowledge, tools and support needed to build new healthy habits.

Nigel Wright, CEO of CTS, says: “The past 18 months have really tested our ability to connect and engage with our Team to the extent we were able to pre-covid. Our early shift to 100% remote working gave us a head start and, although our team responded wonderfully, we found that working remotely in a global pandemic brought a whole new set of well-being and engagement challenges.”

“Our staff are our main priority, and at CTS we recognised the importance of establishing new ways of enabling collaboration, engagement and in engendering a culture of wellbeing.”

“VP GO is a tool we identified to help truly harnesses the power of friendly, team-based competition, which has helped our people connect across departments and offices, giving us all a common experience to discuss, connect and bond.” Nigel concludes.

As part of CTS’ VP GO experience, we have tied in a fundraising element to sit belong side our company-wide Destination GO challenge. As CTS virtually races around the world, we are raising money in aid of Theirworld.

Theirworld’s mission is to ensure that every child has the best start in life, a safe place to learn, and skills for the future – unlocking the potential of the most vulnerable children in the UK and around the world.

Please support us in this endeavour and donate today! Thank you in advance for your contribution.
