CTS, the Runcorn-based cloud provider for law firms, has recruited new team members to support increased demand for cloud services on the back of 50% growth in 2015.
CTS has seen revenues rise 50% in both 2014 and 2015 and is predicting another 50% revenue rise this year. An increasing number of law firms are moving to the cloud and the company’s recent client wins include PURE Legal, Fletchers Solicitors and Bott & Co.
As part of the expansion, the Cheshire-based firm welcomes new Operations Manager, Julie Vigna, to the team. Julie was previously Operations Manager at AppSense and brings a wealth of experience. Julie will be working to optimise processes and collaboration across the business in order to maintain CTS’s 99% customer retention rate and industry leading SLA’s during their continued growth.
Also joining the team is Ian Butcher, Service Delivery Manager. Ian has joined CTS having previously managed award-winning service desk teams within the financial services sector, most recently for Barclays Bank.
Additional roles filled in Q1 include sales, marketing and engineering.
