MSL appoints CTS for Disaster Recovery and IT Support Services

CTS, the cloud provider for law firms, has been chosen by MSL to provide a fully Managed Disaster Recovery service and 24/7 Technical Support following a vigorous tender process to select a new provider.

 

MSL is an award winning independently owned business employing 60 people with over 30 years’ experience in legal expenses insurance, assistance products and claims services. The company has undergone a rebrand to reposition the business and grow their presence in the marketplace and has recently received industry recognition at the 2017 Claims Management Awards where they were awarded the Claims Management Company Team of the Year.

 

CTS will provide MSL with a comprehensive Disaster Recovery plan to mitigate against the impact of potential cyber attacks and other service interruptions which can cause downtime. The 24/7 Support service means that MSL has access to technical guidance and assistance with day to day issues, allowing their IT department to focus on more strategic projects to drive the business forward.
