Meet the team

Nigel Wright , Chief Executive Officer

CEO and founder of CTS, Nigel has worked in legal technology for 15 years, driving the strategy and growth of CTS and building long term mutually beneficial relationships with many of the sector’s key vendors.
Nigel’s focus is on driving a clear value proposition for our clients and on continually innovating our technology and service offering to meet the changing needs of our sector. Well-known and respected within the sector, Nigel is often invited to speak at events and to advise industry bodies on the issues and opportunities facing law firms today.

David Byrne , Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, David works with our senior leadership team to drive business improvement, analyse performance and identify efficiencies that will enhance our service to clients.
This is integral to helping to ensure that we continue the trend of strong, sustainable growth. He was previously a director at accountancy firm PwC and brings 20 years’ experience in advising high growth companies on strategy, financial performance and risk management.

Mohamed Bakeer , Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Mohamed is responsible for the overall technology strategy of the CTS business, driving development of services and solutions.
With 16 years’ IT experience he works with our clients to provide advice and guidance, aligning the right technology to achieve tangible business outcomes and give them a competitive advantage. Mohamed’s role involves managing and scaling the technical teams to continuously enhance the quality of solutions and service delivery. The ultimate focus is always a satisfied client.

Aaron Naisbitt , Sales Director

Aaron has over 18 years’ experience in the technology sector and has been with CTS for six years, advancing from Sales Manager to Sales Director during this time.
He manages the commercial strategy of the business, overseeing our Sales, Account Management and Marketing teams to drive business growth whilst maintaining exceptional service for our clients. Aaron advises law firms on how to align their technology use with their business strategy, delivering robust and compliant solutions that enable firms to improve productivity and profitability, enable flexible working and mitigate risk.

Mark Fowle , Non-Executive Chairman

Mark facilitates strategic decisions and guides the leadership team in creating a dynamic and exciting environment to attract new talent and encourage our existing team to thrive.
He brings to our board of directors substantial experience in founding and successfully scaling technology businesses. Mark founded a number of ISP/MSPs in the late 1990s and co-founded cloud provider Attenda in 1997.
