CTS Announces the Winners of Third Internal Annual Awards

On 10th February, CTS celebrated their first ever annual awards event – The SummIT Club – where six CTS colleagues were presented with awards by our Board of Directors and Board of Operations, for their outstanding commitment, hard work and dedication to the company over the past year.

CTS’ Annual Awards are comprised of six categories – , Client Service Excellence, Rising Star of the Year, Highest Flyer, Deal of the Year, Hall of Fame and Employee of the Year – the recipients of which are voted for by colleagues. Alongside receiving a bespoke, engraved trophy, the winners of the Annual Awards gain entry to “The SummIT Club” – three days at a luxury five-star resort, fully expensed and hosted by CTS’ CEO, Nigel Wright.

And the winners are:

Client Service Excellence
Max Grais – System Analyst
“Max demonstrates outstanding client service every day and is known for their innovation in developing new and efficient ways to solve any issues that arrive, which has driven strong client relationships. It is clear that he is extremely enthusiastic about client service excellence, stopping at nothing to ensure our clients are cared for.”

Rising Star of the Year
Charley McCance – Senior Change & Release Analyst
“Having only been with the business for a short time, this person has already had a flying start in their career with CTS. They have had huge impact on the services that we provide to our clients, driving forward a key project that enables CTS to better protect our clients and provide peace of mind.”

Highest Flyer
Mohammed Iqbal – 3rd Line Technical Support
“In such a short amount of time, Mo has made a name for himself as an exemplary member of staff amongst CTS colleagues and clients alike, who have referred to him as a ‘machine that provides stand-out service’. Mohammed always listen, takes time to fully understand and provides invaluable feedback, and his team members know that he can be relied upon to show up and deliver upon his promises – all with a smile on his face.”

Deal of the Year
Chris McCrory – Account Manager

Hall of Fame
Justin Harris – Senior C&I Engineer
