As part of our carefully designed, long-term business strategy, we would like to announce that our CEO, Nigel Wright, will be stepping down from his role at CTS at the end of this week.
As we lay the foundation for an exciting new chapter of growth and innovation, we are bolstering our senior leadership team to take the company forward. We are excited to share that we have successfully identified a new CEO who will be joining our team in the New Year. This individual brings a wealth of experience and expertise that aligns perfectly with our vision for the future of CTS.
Additionally, we have appointed a new Chief Operating Officer, Jason Briscoe, who will join us in January 2024. Jason’s extensive background in senior leadership roles, particularly in enhancing MSP service delivery, makes him the ideal choice to elevate the quality of our client experience.
During this transitional period, we have taken every measure to ensure the continued smooth operation of our company. We are excited to share that our Chairman, Mark Fowle, will be stepping in as Executive Chairman and Nigel will continue to support Mark and our new CEO, when in post. Mark has been an integral part of our leadership team for the past five years, serving as Chairman. His vast experience in MSP leadership and profound understanding of our company’s mission and values will ensure stability and continuity. Mark will work closely with the executive team to lead the company forward.
