Corporé, one of the largest rehabilitation and injury management companies in the UK, has selected CTS to provide a Hosted Desktop service. Employing 120 staff and experiencing growth, Corporé has taken the decision to move to a more scalable and secure environment that gives the company greater flexibility.
As a legal sector specialist, CTS was chosen due to their experience in building hosting solutions designed for Proclaim, the Case Management Software used by Corporé. The new cloud-based infrastructure will be optimised for the Proclaim, with a focus on delivering significant improvements in performance to boost productivity for all users.
Uptime is critical for Corporé, as, central to the company’s operations is the technological platform used to deliver a range of bespoke services across insurer services, medical assessment and occupational health markets. Therefore, the solution provided includes a fully managed Disaster Recovery service along with 24/7 support.
